This Privacy Policy explains how Kwikza (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use our WhatsApp-first dashboard and related services (“Service”).
1) Information we collect
- Account & business info: owner/manager names, email, phone, company and shop details, industry, and settings.
- Operational data: enquiries, quotes, orders, messages, timestamps, status updates, user roles, activity logs.
- Device & usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session metadata, crash logs (for security and analytics).
- Customer chat data: information your end-customers submit via WhatsApp flows (e.g., name, contact details, order requests) — controlled by you.
- Payment & billing: plan, invoices, and limited payment metadata from our payment processor (we don’t store full card details).
- Cookies/local storage: used for session management, preferences, and security.
2) How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and secure accounts.
- Send operational or service-related communications.
- Provide support and answer enquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce Terms.
- Generate de-identified analytics to improve product features.
3) Legal bases (POPIA/GDPR)
We process data on the basis of contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service), consent where required (e.g., certain marketing), and legal obligations.
4) Sharing & processors
We may share data with trusted vendors who process it on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, payment, WhatsApp Business API providers). These processors are bound by contracts to protect your data and act only on our instructions. 9) End-customer data
For data your customers submit via WhatsApp, you are the controller. We act as a processor and handle that data per your instructions and our agreement with you.

Our Service is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent where required by law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be announced in-product or via email.
